Well, this is another Teen Titans character named Argent.
She can generate solid energy constructs out of silver plasma in simple forms such as protective shields, daggers, and battering rams.
I love her outfit, and she's a pretty cool character all-around.

re-edited: I added a background for Argent, made from Photoshop CS4.
Hope it ties in with her colors
